The Massachusetts Family Law Group was founded by Attorney Irwin M. Pollack. The team of successful, aggressive divorce lawyers has quickly earned a reputation statewide for successfully representing clients involved in divorce, paternity, child support and alimony, custody issues and property division matters.

Attorney Pollack has also earned the reputation for representing the underdog in his zealous pursuit of justice for fathers and grandparents, parental relocation cases, same-sex divorce issues and zealous defense against the Department of Revenue

In 2009, two economic scenarios presented themselves relating to domestic relations law:  first, broad-based changes were made to the Massachusetts Child Support Guidelines and secondly, given the economy that wouldn't fix itself, our attorneys had no choice but to become the gold standard for income attribution, business valuation, tax issues and divorce estate planning.

Today, MFLG works in all of the Probate and Family Courts in the 14 counties of Massachusetts. Our offices are conveniently located in Norwood, Woburn, Worcester, Springfield, and Plymouth.

Attorney Pollack and his staff attorneys aggressively pursue and stand up to others who work to intimidate their clients, especially as they relate to Complaints for Modification, restraining orders or Complaints for Contempt.
